Sodium carboxy-methyl-cellulosis, Povidone, Sodium citrate, Purified water for injectables q.s.ad…………….1 ml

 

PHARMACO-THERAPEUTICAL ACTION

Amoxicillin is semi-systemic penicillin of the group of amine-penicillin, with bactericidal action to a large number of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It diffuses well in the tissues and in secretions. It is removed by urine on the rate of 86% under an un-changed form.

TARGET SPECIES

Horses, bovine, ovine, goats, swine, dogs, cats, poultry (hens – replacement young, broiler, turkey hens, pheasants).

 

INDICATIONS

The treatment of digestive, respiratory, urogenital, articular, mammal, skin generalized or localized infections, as well as under the presence of post-surgical infections on all the species of mammals (horses, bovine, ovine, goats, swine, dogs, cats) and poultry.

 

POSOLOGY, ADMINISTRATION WAY AND MODE

The suspension is administered hypodermal or intramuscular (after the phial is well agitated). The recommended dose is 0.5-1 ml Amoxicillin FP 20% RETARD /15 kg alive weight, with repeating after 48 hours. There will not be surpassed 5 days of treatment.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS, CAUTIONS AND ADVERSE REACTIONS

It is not administered on the rabbits, cavies, hamsters and penicillin allergic animals. It is not administered intravenous. The administration during the pregnancy and lactation with will carefully made. The poultry are not administered during the blowing period. On the penicillin sensitive animals, there may be foreseen allergic or anaphylactic reactions. At the inoculation place, it may occur an edema that is reabsorbed within several days. The antibiotics of the group of amino-penicillin produce a pulse decrease on the dogs under anesthesia. In one point, there will be administered more than: 20 ml for the bovine; 10 ml for the swine; 5 ml for the ovine and goats. To administer the correct dose, the body weight of the animal must be exactly established. No clinical symptoms occur on the double doses.

It is not administered concomitantly with chloramphenicol, macrolide, sulfonamides and tetracycline antibiotics. In the case of the accidental self-injection, immediately require medical care and show the label of the product.

Meat: Bovine, Ovine, Goats, Horses, Swine, Poultry – 21 days;

Milk: Bovine, Ovine, Goats – 3 days.

 

MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS

At a temperature of 2-8 ° C (refrigerator) , protect from light and frost. Store in the original package.
